Running a real raffle?

A virtual box draw is perfect for quick picks, but a raffle with real stakes deserves a little more rigor. Our guide on how to run a fair raffle or lottery draw covers uniform probability, transparency, and auditability in a practical checklist. Drawing tournament teams for an office pool instead? The sweepstake generator assigns teams to participants in one fair shuffle.

And when participants shouldn't have to trust the operator at all, the free PickRandom API offers provably fair commit–reveal draws: the winner is derived from a cryptographic commitment published before the draw, so anyone can recompute and audit the result.
